I can't say enough good things about Summit Hearing and especially Mark Pickerman. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and uses state of the art equipment, he is genuinely caring as demonstrated multiple times with my 97 year old mother. He has gotten as much hearing capabilty as possible with the digital hearing aid he has her using. She would be shut off from the rest of the world without his expertise. He has done the same for me.

Mark is my audiologist and is thorough with the examinations and testing. In addition, Ted, Audiologist and staff are friendly and welcoming. If you want great service, hearing aid options, and great energy, make an appointment! I opted for the style of hearing aids below because my hearing volume adjustment is what I need at this time.

If you have ringing in your ears making you all grumpy because you’re miserable, go talk to Ted and his Staff at Summit Hearing Solutions. Ted diagnosed my ringing as tinnitus. They made it manageable! I’ve had my hearing aids for about six years and absolutely love them. I did have an issue with static, thought sure it was my hearing aids. I called and they worked me in that day! Ted cleaned and performed an inspection on my hearing aids. He said nothing was wrong with them. I told him that every time I turned on my radio, I heard slight static in the background. No one else could hear it except for me. That’s the reason I thought it was the hearing aids. I was a little disappointed, Ted said “Let’s go to your vehicle”. We got in, shut the doors and rolled up the windows; I turned my radio on. Ted immediately heard the static. I thought I was going crazy. No one else could hear it! I accesed the sound system and Ted started adjusting my speakers and equalizer. He said it was the center speaker in the dash. It was loose and vibrating. I thanked him and went home to look at the speakers. Yep, sure enough a loose mounting screw! I’ll say this about Ted, he is spot on with his diagnosis and treatment for your hearing needs. Summit Hearing Solutions has not only improved my hearing, they have improved my quality of life. The only downside is that “Selective Hearing” is now off the table. 😏
