I went in for tinnitus and found out I had hearing loss possibly from years of sinusitis. Very please with the comfort of the hearing aids. Really appreciate the phone app and being able to adjust to the environment I’m in. The service and explanations are outstanding. Being a veteran I also appreciate it being veteran-owned. I really didn’t know to the extent what I was missing. I also believe I’m improving my mental clarity for my future-self.

I had questions regarding upgrading my hearing aid. They answered all of my questions regarding what would help with hearing within a group situation and let me try a pair. They gave me different options with different prices. I ordered a new pair and they will be in next week.
