I finally got my 90y/o Mom to agree to a visit with Ted. We have our appointment today and I was amazed at how much hearing loss my mother actually had. I think she was pretty astounded too. Ted was very kind and so patient and it's obvious he's passionate about what he does. I can't wait for my mom to get fitted with her new hearing aids next week!

I can't say enough good things about Summit Hearing and especially Mark Pickerman. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and uses state of the art equipment, he is genuinely caring as demonstrated multiple times with my 97 year old mother. He has gotten as much hearing capabilty as possible with the digital hearing aid he has her using. She would be shut off from the rest of the world without his expertise. He has done the same for me.
